Requesting a review
Contact rtklvertigoandentclinic@gmail.com with your learner email, course, payment reference and reason for the request. Do not include card numbers or account passwords.
Approval and processing
Authorised accounts staff record the requested amount and reason. A different team member must approve the request. The platform supports full or partial refunds. Online refunds are sent through the payment provider; an offline refund requires confirmation of the bank transfer reference.
Access after a refund
Course access is withdrawn when the refund is confirmed as processed. Associated certificates may be revoked and their public verification status updated. The payment history records the refund.
Draft courses
No money is collected for draft programmes. Demonstration payments and receipts used during platform review do not represent real transactions.
