Information used by the academy
Registration collects your name, email address, mobile number, specialty, qualifications and professional registration number. Qualification and registration documents are used to review eligibility. Learning records include enrolments, lesson progress, course questions, assessment attempts and certificates. Payment records support receipts, invoicing, refunds and reconciliation.
Purpose and access
The Institute uses these records to review registrations and provide academy services. Access is controlled by role: faculty work with their own courses, academy coordinators review learners and courses, and accounts staff manage payments. Administrative changes are recorded in an audit trail.
Teaching assistant
Course questions are stored with the lesson and timestamp. Answers draw on approved teaching sources. Questions outside those sources may be referred to faculty. Do not submit identifiable patient information or request individual diagnosis or treatment.
Cookies and analytics
An essential session cookie supports sign-in. Optional analytics record visited public pages and referral domains only after permission. You can change this choice using Cookie preferences. The academy does not use optional analytics on private learning or administrative pages.
Payments and service providers
Razorpay processes online checkout; the current test mode does not collect real money. The academy does not store card details. Cloudflare stores private course videos and documents. Other configured services may deliver emails or select relevant teaching sources. Authorised Institute staff access personal records according to their role.
Consent and corrections
Consent is recorded at registration. You can withdraw consent from My profile, which closes account access. Contact the Institute to request corrections or discuss access and retention. Contact the Institute about retention of financial and certification records when requesting account closure.
